As the Contracts Manager / Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing BOQ and estimates for tender, taking care of valuations, variations and final accounts.
The role will entail regular site visits, however you will mostly be based at our offices in Essex
Regular communication between our clients and site supervisors is necessary.
